Jon Iwata

Jon Iwata is Practice Leader of the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management at Yale School of Management, where he is an Executive Fellow and Lecturer. The program, established in 2022, was founded based on the work Iwata and his collaborators led exploring stakeholder capitalism's impact on leadership. Iwata is also Executive Chair of the Data & Trust Alliance, a not-for-profit organization formed in 2020 by CEOs of leading corporations to develop and adopt responsible data and AI practices. It has produced algorithmic safeguards for workforce practices and the first data provenance standards to bring transparency to how, when and where data is collected or generated. Alliance members include American Express, AT&T, Chevron, CVS Health, GM, Mastercard, Meta, Nike, Pfizer, Salesforce, Starbucks, UPS, Walmart and Warby Parker.

Iwata is a former Page Center advisory board member and received the Center's Larry Foster Award for Integrity in Public Communication in 2023.

Vivian Schiller

Vivian Schiller joined the Aspen Institute in January 2020 as Executive Director of Aspen Digital, which empowers policymakers, civic organizations, companies, and the public to be responsible stewards of technology and media in the service of an informed, just, and equitable world.

A longtime executive at the intersection of journalism, media and technology, Schiller has held executive roles at some of the most respected media organizations in the world. Those include: President and CEO of NPR; Global Chair of News at Twitter; General Manager of NYTimes.com; Chief Digital Officer of NBC News; Chief of the Discovery Times Channel, a joint venture of The New York Times and Discovery Communications; and Head of CNN documentary and long form divisions. Documentaries and series produced under her auspices earned multiple honors, including three Peabody Awards, four Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia University Awards, and dozens of Emmys.

Suki Dardarian

Suki Dardarian is the former editor and senior vice president of Minneapolis' Star Tribune. Retiring earlier this year, Dardarian joined the newspaper in April of 2014 as senior managing editor and vice president overseeing news and digital. Prior to that, Dardarian spent 15 years in senior management at The Seattle Times, including roles as managing editor and director of audience development/innovation. After graduating from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degrees in communications and political science, Dardarian reported for The Everett Herald, The News Tribune and The Seattle Times. She is also a former president of the Associated Press Media Editors.

Dardarian is a member of the Page Center's advisory board.
