Fostering ethical engagement with employee affinity groups (2014)
It has frequently been argued that corporations must demonstrate a commitment to workforce diversity. This article addresses a practical approach some corporations have taken to convey their commitment to workforce diversity: Employee resource groups. The authors employed textual analysis, using critical/cultural studies as a guiding framework, to examine the representation of employee resource groups on 61 corporate websites.
