This project explores why some organizations face significant public backlash when they scale back DEI or other sociopolitical initiatives while others receive little criticism. Using the concept of moral typecasting, the research seeks to understand how stakeholders assign responsibility, judge organizational decisions, and react to changes in corporate commitments.
